Soffits and Fascias

Made from the same high quality uPVC materials as windows, doors and roofs, with matching foiled coloured finishes, Liniar soffits and fascias provide the perfect finishing touch to the roofline of any property.

Under One Roof

Liniar's uPVC low-maintenance soffits and fascias are designed and manufactured at the same UK extrusion facility as its range of windows, doors and roofs – using the same high quality manufacturing processes and materials. The foiled woodgrain finishes are factory fitted in-house and therefore match other Liniar products perfectly.

Peace Of Mind

For your family's safety, capping boards, flat boards and replacement fascia boards are classified Class 1Y fire resistant, with hollow soffit boards achieving Class 2Y.

Offering the same 10-year guarantee as the rest of the window range, Liniar’s roofline products are exclusively available to purchase through Liniar suppliers or trade outlets.

Best For Installers

Liniar soffits and fascias are built to make fitting quicker and easier, with 20mm thick boards for added strength, longer legs and extra cover on mouldings, and a consistently flat finish. Pre-marked protective tape, built-in pin guides and cutting lines ensure accuracy, while removing the need to pre-mark boards — saving time and preventing damage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Many uPVC fascia boards are thin and flexible, with some boards being produced with fluctuating thicknesses down the length of the board. This makes for an uneven installation and causes issues when fitting. Liniar fascia boards have been designed to be 20mm thick, instead of the customary 16mm with other boards, giving far greater strength. By extruding with the latest machinery and tooling, fascia boards are consistently flat and even, resulting in a perfect finish.

The innovation that goes into Liniar products is not restricted to the products themselves – we also give a lot of thought to the packaging! Protective tape is there to protect the fascia boards in storage, transport, and during fitting – so why not use it to help the installer? By adding marks and lines on our fascia board tape, fitting becomes quicker; pin guides are set at 10mm centres on each line and lines themselves are set at 25mm intervals, so cutting and fixing accuracy is improved.

All Liniar roofline products are available in 5m lengths, allowing for longer runs without joints.

Yes, the soffit range comes with a variety of trims for a beautifully finished installation. From starter trim to H, J and F trims, in-line joint trims, corners, ventilators and finials, just ask about the accessories available.
